One of the best ways to ground ourselves on the mat is to be directly connected to the earth!
Join us for a Yoga discovery workshop! This workshop is open to all level and creates a safe place for you to experience yoga for the first time as well as deepening your practice if yoga is already part of your life.

What to take with you: Your favorite yoga mat, a towel, a water bottle, a journal to write your insights (optional)
